Evansville, Indiana is already a great place to live and visit! For info on housing, please email newi69housing@yahoo.com.
There’s now a Google map available for businesses and organizations that you may find of interest if you’re in the area…
Employment
Covance: Overnight medical testing. Usually you can make at least $1,000. You have to schedule and complete an appointment before you get approved for a study.
ZLB Plasma: There’s also a plasma center here in town. You should show up as soon as they open, otherwise it might take up to 5 hours just to get screened. Without others ahead of you, you can expect a 3-hour screening process. You need to take a picture ID with current address (must be within 100 miles of Evansville) and social security card (or printout from social security admin. office). If your picture ID is not a local address, you must have piece of mail postmarked within last 30 days that proves current address here (”official-looking” mail).
It pays $40 for the first 4 visits within a month, and after that, pay goes according to your weight.
